Warm or chilled?

Traditionally sake was served warm in order to mask flaws that couldn't be avoided in previous brewing processes. With new brewing technologies, sake is now produced in a way that enhances the flavors of the rice, making them smoother and more refined. In general, most good sake should be enjoyed slightly chilled or at room temperature. Because sake is so subjective to the individual's taste, quite simply, there is no right or wrong way to enjoy sake.
