About Chiso

Chiso opened its door in September, 2001. We specialize in quality sushi and small single item appetizers called “Ippin” utilizing seasonal local ingredients as well as seafood all over the world. Over the years, our staff has become acquainted with many guests who we now call each other by first name. We want new guests to feel just as welcome and hope they become regulars, like Dave who likes chutoro seared with Ponzu or Kathy who needs her Sashimi and Sapporo fix after the daily workout.
